Executive Assistant to CEO & CFO (Healthcare)

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting executive operations and global communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and priorities across time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports in compliance with company policies
  • Support employee onboarding and assist with open enrollment and HR coordination
  • Draft, proofread, and manage confidential documents and oversee document execution
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and international clients
  • Organize meeting logistics, materials, and follow-up actions
Qualifications
  • 5+ years supporting senior executives (CEO, CFO, or equivalent)
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and work across global teams
