Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Answer incoming customer inquiries and route opportunities appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars

- Coordinate permits, documentation, and project setup
- Order materials and confirm supplier deliveries
- Follow up with customers, vendors, and team members
- Track project readiness and proactively identify missing items
- Support showroom operations and customer visits
- Help improve systems and processes as the company grows
- Leads are contacted quickly and consistently followed up with
- Customers feel informed and cared for throughout the process
- Upcoming projects are fully prepared before production begins
- Job Tread files are accurate and organized
- Permits, documents, and materials are completed on time
- Team members know what is expected and when
- Problems are identified before they become emergencies
- Opportunities don't get lost due to lack of follow-through
