  • Accomplish general office tasks such as completing appointment reminders, assisting with inventory, updating project statuses, applying for building permits, following up with customers after project completion, maintaining proper documentation, and organizing office needs.
What You Need
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • A positive, outgoing, and motivated mindset.
  • An open‑minded and ability to learn in a team setting.
  • A reliable means of transportation.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a PLUS.
