Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and organized Home Healthcare Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our growing home healthcare agency. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, scheduling, and healthcare coordination experience, along with knowledge of industry systems and compliance requirements. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations between caregivers, clients, and clinical staff.
Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations for the home healthcare agency
- Coordinate and maintain caregiver and client schedules
- Ensure accurate use and monitoring of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems
- Maintain employee and client records in compliance with agency and regulatory standards
- Work with staff to ensure timely documentation and reporting
- Oversee onboarding, credential tracking, and personnel files
- Coordinate communication between caregivers, patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Assist with billing, payroll support, and administrative reporting
- Ensure compliance with VACCN requirements and home healthcare regulations
- Support office workflow using HSRM and Adacare systems
- Handle incoming calls, client inquiries, and general office support
- Previous experience in a Home Healthcare Office Manager or Healthcare Coordinator role preferred
- Strong scheduling and staffing coordination experience
- Experience using EVV systems required
- Working knowledge of Adacare and HSRM platforms preferred
- Familiarity with VACCN processes and requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office software
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
