Beacon Hill is seeking an Office Coordinator to provide front-office support, assist real estate agents with daily operational needs, and help maintain an organized, professional office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go‑to resource for office administration, agent support, and day‑to‑day problem solving.
The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities, office coordination, and transaction‑related administrative support in a fast‑paced real estate environment.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Assignment Length: Approximately 1 month
Start Date: After interview
Front Office & Administrative Support
- Provide front desk coverage, greet visitors, and answer incoming calls
- Assist agents and office leadership with daily administrative requests
- Manage incoming correspondence and general office communications
- Support office operations to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Assist with pending contracts and transaction‑related documentation
- Help ensure paperwork is complete and properly routed
- Support agents with administrative needs throughout the transaction process
- Coordinate with accounting and internal teams as needed
- Organize and maintain office supply closets, shared work spaces, and administrative areas
- Help restore and maintain organization following recent office renovations
- Monitor office inventory and coordinate supply replenishment
- Ensure common areas remain organized and functional
- Act as a resource for agents requiring administrative assistance
- Support meeting coordination and office projects as needed
- Assist with changing priorities and day‑to‑day operational needs
- Provide responsive, high‑touch customer service to internal stakeholders
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- MLS / FMLS platforms
- Real estate transaction and document management systems
- Previous administrative, office management, receptionist, or real estate support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
- Professional, friendly, and proactive approach
- Comfortable supporting a fast‑paced office environment
- Real estate industry experience is a plus but not required
