This position provides support for Recruitment and other functions within all campuses of GHC.
Must be a current GHC student.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding, supporting, and carrying out the college's mission, vision, and values and complying with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies
- Providing general office support assistance
- Assisting with HUB front desk and VHUB customer service as needed
- Providing support in ticketing system and phone queue
- Assisting with display creation and maintenance
- Assisting with creation and posting of advertisements such as flyers and signs
- Assisting with stock maintenance including inventorying supplies and promotional/giveaway items (swag)
- Assisting with campus events, tours, and activities to prospective students and families
- Following up with prospective students for outstanding documents
- Performing other duties as assigned
Required qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent and current GHC undergraduate student with:
- Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) currently being met
- Current-year FAFSA on file with all verifications and any other requirements complete
- Currently enrolled for at least six (6) credit hours (in most instances)
- Some prior experience is preferred but not required. Job specific training will be provided.
Proposed salary is $12 per hour, up to 19 hours per week.
