As a Service Advisor
, you will be the bridge between our customers and the service department
. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service
, ensure accurate vehicle diagnostics
, and offer clear communication regarding repairs and maintenance.

• ✔️ Greet customers with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
• ✔️ Listen to vehicle concerns and accurately document service needs.
• ✔️ Provide repair recommendations and cost estimates.
• ✔️ Communicate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
• ✔️ Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• ✔️ Maintain records of all service transactions.
• ✔️ Promote dealership services and maintenance programs.

• ✅ Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred).
• ✅ Strong communication and customer service skills.
• ✅ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• ✅ Basic knowledge of automotive repairs and services

• ✅ Proficiency with computer systems and service software.
• ✅ A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
