• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry innovations to ensure product competitiveness
• Support the entire product lifecycle, including analysis of new product ideas and roadmap development
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on product development and delivery
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success against business objectives
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and ISD, overseeing delivery activities for successful implementation

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project experience in strategy development and business performance measurement
• 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage banking, with knowledge in capital markets or servicing preferred
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Agile Scrum education or certification
• PMP certification or equivalent understanding of project management principles
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and achieving business value
• Experience in product and pricing within the mortgage banking sector
• Ability to influence and gain buy-in from C-level stakeholders
