Product Manager, Value Added Services

As the Product Manager, your primary objective is to lead cross‑functional planning and execution for a key product launch while owning product performance before, during, and after launch. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and drive decisions to ensure successful implementation and sustained results.

• Manage timelines and implementation for a key cross‑functional product launch, ensuring clear milestones, ownership, and on‑time delivery.
• Lead the initiative end‑to‑end across pre‑launch, launch, and post‑launch phases, coordinating requirements, readiness, go‑to‑market activities, and post‑launch stabilization.
• Own ongoing product performance by defining success metrics, monitoring outcomes, and driving continuous improvements based on customer feedback and business results.

• Proven experience managing cross‑functional initiatives and complex timelines from planning through execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams, drive decisions, and communicate status, risks, and dependencies.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, interpreting performance data, and translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear launch plans, briefings, and updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• MBA or advanced degree a plus.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job‑related considerations.
