Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full time Subcontract Administrator   In this role, you will develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types  Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts  Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts  Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures  May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority   The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of sourcing, operations, logistics and/or planning

Must be a US Citizen;
This position is located at a facility that requires special access

* Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in  Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Distribution, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics or related discipline

Experience of the following: procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis

Experience with multi tasking and managing competing priorities

Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions

Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation  FAR  and Department of Defense FAR Supplement  DFARS

Familiar with Systems, Applications and Processes  SAP  or equivalent purchasing/ERP system, such as Procure to Pay

Developing Project/Program Management skills

Written and verbal communication and organization skills

Demonstrated sense of urgency, self motivated
