Analyst, Customer Accounts
As an Analyst, Customer Accounts at RXO, you will support customer-facing analytics and reporting by identifying trends, escalating risks, and contributing to data-driven insights. You will work closely with senior analysts and managers to help resolve customer issues, support reviews, and ensure reporting accuracy. What your day-to-day will look like:- Support trend analysis to surface key performance insights and operational risks for assigned accounts
- Assist with preparing operational reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Support query development, dashboard updates, and standardized report templates under guidance
- Ensure accuracy and quality of customer deliverables by validating data, proofreading reports, and maintaining consistent formatting
- Monitor account utilization and flag opportunities or concerns for escalation to senior team members
- Respond to customer inquiries related to reporting, service performance, and basic operational metrics
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1–2 years of experience supporting customers, operations, or analytics functions
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to follow established processes while managing multiple priorities
- Experience working with customer-facing reports or operational metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow into greater analytical and customer ownership over time
