LHH is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Dealer Development & Contracts Specialist. This role supports Regional and National leadership on contract administration, compliance, and dealer development initiatives.
What you’ll do:- Manage Dealer Action Packages from initiation to approval.
- Oversee Sales & Service Agreement amendments, ownership transfers, management changes, and relocations.
- Draft and maintain legal and contractual documentation for dealer, franchise, and vendor actions.
- Ensure compliance with state-specific ownership and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate dealer records in SAP and liaise with National leadership.
- Background in contract management, compliance, or legal support.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
