Are you an accounting and finance professional with a passion for process improvement, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration? Vanderlande, a global market leader in automated logistics solutions for airports, warehouses, and parcel distribution, is seeking a Senior Accountant
- Lead to Cash Subject (AR) (SME) to join our Finance team in Marietta, GA. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the regional expert for the Lead-to-Cash process, acting as a critical link between operational teams, shared services, and global process owners. You'll help drive process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Partner with regional stakeholders, operational teams, and Global Delegated Process Owners (DPOs) to enhance Lead-to-Cash processes
- Translate business needs into actionable process improvements and system enhancements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, process rollouts, and organizational change management
- Analyze KPIs and identify root causes of process deviations while driving corrective actions
- Serve as the regional liaison between Finance Shared Services and operational teams
- Provide subject matter expertise and second-level support for complex process inquiries
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation activities, and end-user training
- Collaborate with global process communities to share best practices and improvement opportunities
- Maintain regional process governance and manage exceptions or deviations from standard procedures
- Support compliance efforts, including execution of J-SOX controls
- Drive operational improvements through data-driven decision making and stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Accounting, or Finance operations
- Experience working in a multinational organization, shared services environment, or global business structure
- Proven success driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP systems and financial processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple organizational levels
- Continuous improvement mindset and passion for driving efficiencies
