About the role:

• Education:
  
  A bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
  
  A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency with project management software like Procore or Microsoft Project is essential. You should also have a strong understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and financial accounting systems.

About the candidate:

• Project Management:
  Develop, coordinate, and manage all facets of the project.
• Budgeting & Financials:
  Create and manage project budgets, track costs, process invoices, and handle change orders.
• Scheduling:
  Develop and maintain project schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timelines are met.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the internal project team.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Enforce safety standards, ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, and obtain necessary permits.
• Bidding & Contracts:
  Lead the bid process for general contractors, negotiate and review contracts, and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Quality Control:
  Oversee the quality of work, conduct site visits, and manage punch lists for project closeout.
• Problem-Solving:
  Proactively identify and resolve potential risks, issues, or delays.
• Leadership:
  Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team.
