- Position Summary:

The Structural Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing self-performed structural construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to CW Matthews' quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all phases of structural construction projects, from preconstruction through final completion

* Oversee self-performed structural work including scheduling, labor planning, equipment, and materials

* Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Develop and manage project budgets, cost controls, and forecasts

* Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution

* Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

* Track project progress and prepare regular reports for leadership

* Assist with change management, RFIs, submittals, and documentation

Qualifications:

* 3-8 years of experience managing self-performed structural construction projects

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field

* Strong understanding of structural construction means and methods

* Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field operations

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

* Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
