A leading heavy civil construction contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee water infrastructure projects throughout Georgia and the Southeast.

This is an excellent opportunity for a field leader with experience managing complex wastewater, flood control, reservoir, pump station, and underground utility projects.

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and equipment resources.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor daily production, quality, and project progress.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients.
• Manage site logistics, workforce planning, and material deliveries.
• Review plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Identify and resolve field issues to minimize project delays.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
• Strong experience in one or more of the following:
  • Wastewater treatment facilities
  • Water treatment facilities
  • Flood control projects
  • Pump stations
  • Underground utilities and pipelines
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with municipal and public works projects is highly desirable.
• Base salary: $110,000 – $150,000 depending on experience.
