The Construction Operations Manager is responsible for scheduling multiple crews to their assigned jobsites, as well as managing dumpster and rental equipment logistics. The role oversees workforce performance, communicates with team leaders and general contractor foremen, and ensures customer expectations are met. The manager resolves disputes amicably and fosters strong working relationships with general contractors.

• Coordinate the daily scheduling and strategic dispatching of multiple crews across diverse geographic project sites.
• Organize and track the allocation of heavy machinery, specialized tools, and essential jobsite equipment.
• Manage external waste logistics by provisioning dumpsters for efficient site trash removal.
• Resolve real‑time logistical obstacles and personnel challenges directly on the jobsite.
• Maintain productive, professional relationships with general contractors and client representatives.
• Utilize advanced computer systems to optimize workforce tracking and maintain master operational schedules.
• Monitor field operations to ensure corporate quality standards and project deadlines are achieved.

• Proven background in managing multiple decentralized construction or demolition field crews simultaneously.
• Demonstrated computer literacy with explicit experience using scheduling software and office applications.
• Direct experience resolving complex, unexpected problems on active jobsites involving clients and labor teams.
• Absolute willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours to various regional project sites.
• Experienced leader capable of operating independently within a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment.

• 6 years of related work experience specifically within commercial or industrial general construction management.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent educational background.
• Prior experience coordinating third‑party vendor logistics including industrial waste removal and heavy equipment rentals.
