Position Summary
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing construction operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support project forecasting, cost control, and profitability objectives.
- Foster strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.
- Mentor and develop team members while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience within commercial construction.
- Experience with concrete, structural, civil, or specialty contracting projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project management, scheduling, budgeting, and construction operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and project controls tools.
