Zamora Design & Build is Metro Atlanta’s premier luxury custom outdoor living company. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with hands-on foreman experience and strong leadership ability to lead projects, develop field teams, and protect the quality our clients expect.

This is not a desk-only PM role. You need to understand how the work is built, recognize problems in the field, lead foremen confidently, and step in to teach, demonstrate, and reinforce the standard when needed.

Your foremen will be direct reports. You’ll be responsible not only for successful projects, but also for developing the leaders responsible for executing them.

Luxury outdoor projects including hardscapes, paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire features, landscape installations, drainage, grading, irrigation, turf, sod, lighting, decorative concrete, and multi-phase backyard transformations.

• Lead projects from pre-construction handoff through final walkthrough
• Review scopes, plans, selections, schedules, and project expectations
• Coordinate foremen, crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and inspections
• Maintain realistic schedules and keep projects moving with urgency
• Anticipate field problems before they become delays or costly mistakes
• Manage multiple active projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail

• Directly manage and hold foremen accountable for job-site execution and team performance
• Train, coach, and develop foremen into stronger leaders and problem-solvers
• Set clear expectations for production, workmanship, communication, professionalism, and job-site standards
• Conduct regular field check-ins and provide direct, actionable feedback
• Step in to demonstrate or teach proper execution when additional field support is needed
• Build foremen who can independently lead their crews to the Zamora standard
• Address performance issues quickly, professionally, and consistently

• Maintain a strong presence across active job sites
• Verify work matches approved designs, scopes, and specifications
• Recognize improper installation or poor workmanship before the client does
• Understand construction sequencing, labor requirements, materials, equipment, and site logistics
• Resolve field issues quickly and ensure punch-list items are completed properly
• Protect job-site cleanliness, professionalism, safety, and craftsmanship

• Establish clear expectations before construction begins
• Keep homeowners informed throughout the project
• Communicate schedule changes, challenges, and solutions proactively
• Handle concerns professionally and coordinate project milestones and walkthroughs
• Deliver the white-glove communication expected from a luxury brand

• Protect project scope and prevent unauthorized work
• Ensure change orders are documented before additional work proceeds
• Monitor materials, labor, rework, and cost-impacting issues
• Maintain accurate project documentation
• Help projects finish within expected labor, material, schedule, and margin targets

This role is expected to create structure and accountability across field operations. Key expectations include:

• Run or lead daily morning huddles and weekly production/operations meetings
• Build and maintain production schedules across multiple active projects
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, equipment, subcontractors, and inspections without constant leadership oversight
• Own quality-control inspections across layout, excavation, base preparation, drainage, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, planting, and final cleanup
• Serve as the primary client contact from project kickoff through final walkthrough
• Manage change orders, client concerns, and difficult project conversations professionally
• Track labor, material, and equipment costs and identify overruns early enough to protect project margin
