Crossview Church is seeking a part time Worship Leader to help create a culture of vibrant worship where people encounter God. This role requires a love for Jesus and a passion for leading others in worship. The Worship Leader works closely with Senior Pastor and volunteers to plan and lead worship experiences.

Reports to:

Senior Pastor

• Plan and lead weekly rehearsals and worship services in collaboration with other worship pastors and the Lead Pastor.
• Use Subsplash and Pro Presenter to schedule, communicate with team members, and create and load service flows.
• Plan and oversee worship budget, including annual planning
• Foster a culture where team members feel loved, cared for, and encouraged to grow spiritually and in musical skill.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $275 per week
