Our client in Marietta GA is seeking a Client Services Representative! Competitive salary plus 20% annual bonus (based off salary, paid quarterly), 50% medical premium covered, 6% employer contribution to 401k.

We are a collaborative, client-focused Registered Investment Advisory firm seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Client Services Representative. This role is central to the client experience. The ideal candidate understands that operational excellence, responsiveness, and accuracy directly impact client trust.
This is a team-based environment. No one operates in isolation. The Client Services Representative works closely with advisors, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless service and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests (account paperwork, beneficiary updates, transfers, distributions, address changes, etc.)
- Prepare, process, and track account opening and maintenance documentation
- Coordinate with custodians and third-party providers to resolve account issues
- Maintain accurate client records within CRM and portfolio management systems
- Assist advisors in preparing materials for client meetings
- Monitor account workflows to ensure timely completion of requests
- Support compliance documentation and recordkeeping
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- 2+ years of experience in a financial services, RIA, or wealth management environment preferred
- Strong familiarity with custodial platforms and account servicing procedures
- Experience with CRM and portfolio management systems
- FINRA licenses (Series 7/63/65) a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Calm and professional communication style
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed
- Discretion and understanding of client confidentiality
