Mystery Shopper
Location: Marietta, GA (Multiple Routes/Territories)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Position Type: Ongoing Monthly Assignments
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to support recurring monthly assignments throughout the Marietta area and surrounding territories. In this role, you will visit designated locations, observe customer service interactions, evaluate store standards, and provide accurate feedback through detailed reports.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy independent work, have strong observation skills, and can travel throughout an assigned territory.
Responsibilities- Travel to assigned locations within a multi-route territory
- Conduct mystery shopping visits according to client guidelines
- Evaluate customer service, cleanliness, product presentation, and overall customer experience
- Complete accurate and timely reports following each assignment
- Maintain confidentiality regarding mystery shopping activities
- Follow all assignment instructions and deadlines
- Ability to cover multiple routes within an assigned territory
- Clean background required
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency for reporting purposes
- Excellent written communication skills
- $19.00 per hour
