Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient information.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Computer literate and able to navigate various software programs.
- Ability to answer multiple phone lines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Reliable with excellent attendance.
- Monday to Friday, 8‑hour shift.

- Working on‑site is essential to the function of this position.
- Must be able to sit up to 80% of the time.
