Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills.
