Customer Service Representative

Destination Pet is a pet care company that offers day care, boarding, grooming, training, veterinary services and more. We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our Atlanta Pet Resort to provide excellent service to pet parents.

Reporting to:
General Manager.

Telehealth, 401k, pet insurance. Pay starts at $11.00 - $14.00/hour DOE + tips. Daily Pay allows you to access earned wages anytime.

• Welcome pet parents and their pets like a VIP, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
• Answer phones, manage emails, and handle inquiries with a friendly tone.
• Tour new clients through the facility, recommending services that benefit pets.
• Verify up-to-date vaccinations and maintain accurate records.
• Manage check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently, including handling cash and card transactions.
• Balance end‑of‑day cash drawer and reconcile transactions.
• Respond to customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort pets to and from enclosures with care and attention to safety.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and welcoming environment.
• Assist team members as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with multi‑line phone systems and computer operations.
• Comfortable working on feet, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 40lbs.
• Open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver professional service.
