We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at The Solana East Cobb, a premier assisted living and memory care community in Marietta, Georgia.

About the Role

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our front desk area is always clean, organized, and staffed. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing information to residents, families, and visitors.

You will also be responsible for managing visitor registration, tracking resident whereabouts, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Greet residents, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage visitor registration and track resident whereabouts
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including filing and data entry
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and services
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
