Starting Hourly Pay $17
ResponsibilitiesWith Northwest, you will experience a fun work environment that cares about your growth and goals. You will help customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve payment, scheduling, and conflict‑resolution needs. You will accurately record customer accounts and maintain clear, consistent communication. In addition, you will support internal teams (administrative associates, sales, service professionals, and management) and may be asked to assist with projects, process improvement, or other duties as needed.

Job Duties Will Include
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with payments, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
- Notating customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supporting additional tasks and projects as needed by internal teams.
- Problem‑solving customer accounts for current and future needs.
- Maintaining consistent, clear communication with customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No experience necessary.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
