Whether you are experienced or not, we offer comprehensive training to help you succeed. Starting hourly pay is $17.

• Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with various needs, including payments, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
• Notating customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supporting additional tasks and projects as needed by internal teams.
• Problem-solving customer accounts for both current and future needs.
• Maintaining consistent, clear communication with customers.
• Collaborating with internal teams (administrative associates, sales, service professionals, and management) to ensure exceptional customer service.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador—representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Starting Hourly Pay $17

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No experience necessary
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Power Point
