Pay: $16.50/hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities

Part-Time Afternoon Schedule

Monday–Friday | 12:30 PM–6:00 PM (with a 30 min lunch break) One Saturday per month (Saturday rotation) | 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

This position has a set schedule. Applicants must be available to consistently work the hours listed above.

Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our Service Business Development Center (BDC).

This is a great opportunity for college students looking for consistent part-time hours and professional experience. No automotive experience is required—we provide training.

• Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and online inquiries
• Schedule service appointments
• Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, recalls, and customer follow-up
• Educate customers about Pickup & Delivery and Mobile Service options
• Work closely with Service Advisors and dealership staff
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
• Provide excellent customer service

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to consistently work the posted schedule
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or call center experience is a plus
• College students are encouraged to apply
