Service BDC Representative (Part-Time | Entry-Level)

Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our Service Business Development Center (BDC).

This position is ideal for someone looking for steady part-time work in a professional office environment. Many team members use this role to build customer service, communication, and administrative experience before advancing into other careers or opportunities. We provide all the training you need—no automotive experience is required.

Because this is a fast-paced customer service position with a structured schedule, we're looking for candidates who are reliable, eager to learn, and committed to providing an excellent customer experience.

• Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and online inquiries
• Schedule service appointments
• Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders, recalls, and customer follow-up
• Educate customers about Pickup & Delivery and Mobile Service options
• Work closely with Service Advisors and dealership staff
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
• Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience on every interaction

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, receptionist, administrative, or call center experience is a plus—but not required

This is a high-volume customer service role where you'll spend most of your shift talking with customers by phone and text while managing multiple tasks. Success in this position requires consistency, professionalism, and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
