Customer Service & Warehouse Associate – Multiple Opportunities

Pay Rate: $17.00–$22.00 per hour

Job Type: Multiple Opportunities | Full-Time | Varying Shifts Available

• Customer Service Answer inbound customer calls professionally and provide helpful, accurate information
• Make outbound calls when necessary to customers, vendors, or other contacts
• Respond to customer questions and assist with resolving issues
• Communicate order, shipping, and delivery information
• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
• Warehouse & Shipping Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Pick, pack, stage, and organize products and orders
• Prepare shipments and ensure orders are processed accurately

• 1+ year of warehouse experience is preferred
• Shipping and receiving experience is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with UPS shipping systems or other shipping platforms is preferred
• Comfortable answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls when necessary
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be punctual, dependable, and responsible
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and specific assignment.
