Become a Guest Service Agent at Marietta Toyota

• Promptly greets every guest upon arrival at the showroom
• Checks in guests to the showroom and updates guest information
• Sanitizes and resets the showroom hourly and offers refreshments for guests
• Answers incoming phone calls in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner and directs them to the appropriate person
• Manages the desk log, phone up log, loaner agreement log, dealer plate log, and gas card log
• Produces daily reports
• Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work environment

• Proficient operational software techniques for DMS [CDK], Service CRM [Elead] and any additional dealer-specific software
• Having the aptitude & desire to develop a solid understanding of product information related to all brands, vehicles, and all sales processes offered by the dealership
• Willingness to develop an understanding and adhering to Client Care Center “Policies and Procedures Manual”
• The ability to work flexible hours, to include Monday – Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 12:30 p.m.
