The City of Marietta in Georgia is seeking a journey-level Customer Service Clerk to enter meter data readings and assist customers with billing inquiries. This on-site role reports to a Supervisor of Customer Service and handles deposits, refunds, and non-payment service orders.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with at least two years of related customer service experience, a pleasant English-speaking voice, and basic PC and billing software skills. Spanish is a plus.
