Applied-Technical-Services-LL is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to own ongoing customer relationships and act as the trusted contact throughout the sales and service lifecycle. You will handle inbound inquiries, guide customers to ATS service solutions, and ensure timely follow-up through opportunity closure.
Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in inside sales or customer service, strong phone presence, excellent written communication, and solid CRM hygiene with data accuracy.
