Pediatric Dental Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, experienced and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our Start-Up Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic practice
. This role is ideal for a dental assistant with hands-on experience in both Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics who has a growth mindset, open to learning new things, self‑motivated, and enjoys working with children and families.

• Provide chairside assistance for pediatric dental and orthodontic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials following clinical protocols
• Take impressions, digital scans and X-rays with confidence
• Support orthodontic appliance placement, adjustments, and removals
• Assist with preventive and restorative pediatric dental care
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, OSHA, and CDC standards
• Create a calm, friendly, and reassuring experience for pediatric patients and families
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and post‑treatment instructions
• Accurately chart clinical notes and assist with documentation in the practice management system
• Collaborate with the clinical and front office teams to support efficient patient flow

Full‑time (and possibly part‑time) opportunities available.

$18 - $28 per hour
