We are seeking a confident, organized, and growth‑minded Treatment & Patient Care Coordinator to play a key role in patient communication, scheduling productivity, and case acceptance.

Position Overview

The Treatment & Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey – from consultation to completion – while maintaining a productive, goal‑driven schedule.

This role directly impacts production, case acceptance, and overall patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Treatment Coordination:
  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
  • Educate patients on procedures, timelines, and benefits.
  • Discuss financial arrangements and payment options.
  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment.
  • Track and support case acceptance goals.
Scheduling & Production Management:
  • Maintain a productive and strategically organized schedule.
  • Proactively fill open chair time.
  • Coordinate multi‑visit and comprehensive cases efficiently.
  • Align scheduling with daily and monthly production goals.
Insurance & Financial Coordination:
  • Verify benefits and explain coverage accurately.
  • Prepare and review treatment estimates.
  • Submit pre‑authorizations as needed.
  • Collect payments and manage financing arrangements.
Patient

Experience:

  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for patients.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clinical and administrative teams.
  • Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Deliver a high‑level, concierge‑style experience.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of dental front office or treatment coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and financing options.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Comfortable discussing financial arrangements confidently.
  • Experience with Dentrix preferred.
