Physician - Pediatric General Surgery - PRN - Marietta, GA
Wellstar is looking for a board‑certified or board‑eligible Pediatric General Surgeon to join our team on a PRN basis at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, GA. The role offers the chance to practice in a state‑of‑the‑art, pediatric family‑friendly facility and to provide high‑quality care close to home.
Key Responsibilities- Perform pediatric general surgical procedures as needed during PRN coverage.
- Collaborate with the pediatric team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in surgical rounds and multidisciplinary meetings.
- MD or DO degree.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Georgia.
- Completion of residency training in Pediatric General Surgery and certification or eligibility for certification by the Board.
- Previous practice experience during residency.
- Proficiency in clinical skills relevant to the specialty and ability to demonstrate competency.
