• Teach and supervise young children, create a safe and engaging classroom environment.
• Support children with daily routines and developmental needs (e.g., assisting with basic self-help skills).
• Collaborate with staff to implement age-appropriate activities and routines.
• Follow program guidelines and use Creative Curriculum to carry out activities.
• Adapt plans as needed and leverage available tools, including an online AI program for lesson plan writing.
