Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Associate (CDA) or TCC for a LEAD position
- Meets background check eligibility
- Must have Potty Training experience
- Must be able to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Must have toddler experience - 2 1/2 - 3 year olds
- Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development
- Strong classroom management skills
- Dependable and adaptable and enjoys working in a team environment
- Implement lesson plans, training on sight
