Our East Cobb center features low teacher-to-child ratios, a play‑based and developmentally appropriate curriculum, and a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage students during after school hours
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
• Plan and lead age‑appropriate activities (arts, sports, enrichment)
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Follow all state licensing and center policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or ECE coursework preferred)
• Previous experience working with ASP in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• Ability to work assigned after‑school hours consistently
• Strong communication skills and a team‑player mindset
• Must meet Georgia DECAL background and health screening requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and actively engage with students for extended periods
