Aviation Manufacturing Instructor; Structures - F

Job Summary

We are looking for an Aircraft Structures Instructor to support a large aerospace client. Conduct training covering aircraft structures subject matter including heavy structures, drill and fill, fastener install and removal, bond and ground and sealing for aircraft such as the F‑35 and C‑130. Provide classroom, computer‑based, distance, simulation, OJT, coaching, and job‑aid training. Evaluate competency, maintain training materials, and report trainee progress.

• Conduct and perform training using appropriate medium and method.
• Assess and test employee competence for certification or qualification.
• Navigate technical documents related to manufacturing/repair documents and blueprints.
• Consult with management/client to understand work situation.
• Deliver training sessions covering specified technical specialties.
• Evaluate training programs and report on trainee progress.
• Maintain training programs and materials.
• Prepare training areas to be teach‑ready.

• Hands‑on aircraft maintenance and/or production work on the F‑35.
• Hands‑on aircraft maintenance and/or production work on the C‑130.
• Education, training, and prior aerospace experience in structures including heavy structures, drill and fill, fastener install and removal, bond and ground and sealing.
• Presentation skills or training/teaching background/experience.
• Ability to travel 10–15% if needed.

• Sedentary work; exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
• Typing, communicating, repetitive motions.
• Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors, read.
• Work in indoor environments with protection from outside elements.
