Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

We are looking for a passionate, dependable, and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate loves working with children, has strong classroom leadership skills, and is committed to creating a safe, structured, and fun learning environment where children feel supported, confident, and excited to learn.

Responsibilities include leading and managing daily classroom routines and activities, creating a warm, safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment, implementing age-appropriate lesson plans using The Learning Experience curriculum, supporting each child's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, encouraging positive behavior through patience, consistency, and respectful communication, building strong relationships with children, families, and team members, communicating professionally with parents regarding classroom updates and child development, maintaining a clean, organized, and licensing-compliant classroom, observing and supporting children's progress and individual needs, guiding and supporting assistant teachers or classroom aides, and following all health, safety, and center policies.

Qualifications include previous experience working in a licensed childcare center or early childhood education setting, prior lead teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred, CDA, TCC, Associate's Degree, or degree in Early Childhood Education REQUIRED, strong classroom management and communication skills, dependability, patience, nurturing, and professionalism, ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude, and must meet all state licensing and background check requirements.
