Chroma Early Learning Academy is hiring an After School Teacher in Marietta, GA

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After School teacher to join our team at Chroma Early Learning Academy at East Cobb! As a passionate advocate for early childhood education, you'll play a vital role in supporting young children as they grow and develop. Our East Cobb center is committed to providing a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that caters to each child's unique developmental needs.

At Chroma Early Learning Academy, we pride ourselves on maintaining low teacher-to-child ratios, a play-based and developmentally appropriate curriculum, and a collaborative team culture. Our After School program is designed to create a nurturing space where children can thrive and develop a lifelong love of learning.

• Lead engaging after-school activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth in our students
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment that reflects our center's values
• Develop and implement age-appropriate arts, sports, and enrichment programs that spark curiosity and creativity
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers, fostering a sense of community and belonging
• Adhere to all state licensing and center policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment

• Must meet Georgia DECAL background and health screening requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and actively engage with students for extended periods
• Ability to work assigned after-school hours consistently
• Previous experience working with ASP in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or ECE coursework preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

Minimum Education :
High School or Equivalent
