We are looking for a Lead Instructor to take ownership of classes and help lead the "Serious Fun" experience at The Little Gym of East Cobb.

• Lead engaging, high-energy classes using our proven curriculum (we’ll fully train you)
• Create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for every child, every class
• Deliver excellent customer experience-our families are part of our community
• Bring consistency, structure, and fun to every session
• Treat every child like it’s their first class-every time they walk in

• Love working with kids and naturally bring energy and positivity
• Enjoy being active, moving, and not sitting at a desk all day
• Have a warm personality that kids and parents connect with
• Take pride in helping others grow and succeed
• Can have fun, but also stay focused and responsible when needed
• Experience in gymnastics, PE, education, or child development is a plus-but not required

We work with children from 4 months to 12 years old through Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes in a safe, clean, and encouraging environment.

Our mission is simple: help kids build confidence, skills, and a love for movement that lasts a lifetime.

Must be at least 18 years old and available on weekends.
