Lincoln Tech is seeking HVAC Mechanics and Technicians to join our team as Part‑Time HVAC Service Technician Instructors
. In this role, you will educate and mentor aspiring HVAC professionals through our accredited training program, providing both theoretical and hands‑on instruction in a state‑of‑the‑art facility.
While teaching experience isn’t required, your passion and expertise are essential.
Key Responsibilities for HVAC Service Technician Instructors- Teach HVAC Technologies classes, following Lincoln Tech's accredited curriculum
- Conduct hands‑on training sessions to enhance student skills in our fully equipped facility
- Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student growth, professionalism, and accountability
- Monitor and support student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that align with industry standards
- Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices to provide up‑to‑date training
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve program effectiveness and student outcomes
- Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers in HVAC Technology
- 3+ years' HVAC Technician experience in the HVAC field
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students in a learning environment
- Passion for teaching and mentoring future professionals
- Teaching experience is not required; a desire to educate and inspire is essential
