Overview
You will be the Hardware Fabrication Build Lead/Supervisor for the Hardware Fabrication Team which is responsible for delivering high-quality hardware components that enable mission-critical platforms.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Hardware Fabrication Build Lead/Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the fabrication crew, ensuring projects meet schedule, quality, and safety targets.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage daily activities of hardware fabrication technical staff to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Implement and manage quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of technical work and product output.
- Mentor and train new technical staff, providing guidance on company procedures and project-specific tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during project execution.
- Develop, monitor, and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all technical staff.
