We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to support land development and site design projects
. This role focuses heavily on technical design and production using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Hydroflow
, making it ideal for a detail-oriented designer with hands-on experience in grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Prepare site development and construction plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Perform stormwater modeling and drainage analysis using Hydroflow
- Design grading, storm drainage, utilities, and roadway layouts for land development projects
- Develop plan sets, profiles, and details for permitting and construction
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and external consultants
- Revise drawings based on redlines, agency comments, and project requirements
- Proven experience as a Civil Designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
- Hands-on experience with Hydroflow
- Experience with land development or site civil projects
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree not required
