Description:
You will be the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Program Manager for the DMS Program Team which is responsible for overseeing the health of the supply base supporting C-130J production and sustainment. What You Will Be Doing As the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Program Manager you will lead end-to-end DMS projects, drive cost, schedule, and technical performance, and serve as the central point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
You will shape risk-based strategies and ensure seamless continuity of C-130J production. Your responsibilities will include:
* Define and execute project plans that meet cost, schedule, and technical targets.
* Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and track their execution.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, multiple suppliers, and customers to align efforts.
* Close DMS activities efficiently to prevent any interruptions to C-130J production and sustainment.
* Report status, metrics, and lessons learned to senior leadership. Further Information About This Opportunity MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an Interim Secret clearance to start.
Extensive travel domestically up to 40% and international travel periodically.
Basic Qualifications:
Understanding of scheduling and Earned Value Management Systems Working knowledge of Air Vehicle Systems and Subsystems Experience in relationship development with internal and external customers Understanding of customer requirements
Desired
Skills:
Working knowledge and understanding of C-130 platforms and various customer configurations. Knowledge and experience with C-130 production manufacturing process from design through build. Familiarity with Enterprise Data Collaboration System (EDCS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Supplier Data Requirements (SDRL). Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Work across function organizational lines. Building strong work relationships across the internal organization.
Understanding of Enterprise Program Reporting System (EPRS)
Security Clearance Statement:
