Job Summary
Lockheed Martin Skunk Works is seeking a Systems Engineering Integrated Product Team Lead. In this role, you will use systems engineering tools to capture complex architectures, hardware, and software to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into next‑generation command and control systems. The successful candidate will manage the requirements lifecycle, facilitate model‑based design, and provide leadership oversight of specialty engineering disciplines including Airworthiness, Systems Safety, Configuration Management, Cybersecurity, and Lifecycle Engineering.
Must be a U.S. citizen. The position is located at a facility that requires special access.

- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience or familiarity with mission analysis, system architecture, system design, lifecycle management, and/or systems integration
- Experience in one or more specialty engineering domains including Cybersecurity, Airworthiness, Systems Safety, and Configuration Management
- Demonstrated or familiarity with requirements development and management
- Model‑based systems engineering (MBSE) / Cameo experience
- Experience with System Engineering Lifecycle reviews
- Risk and Opportunity Management
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to adapt and shuffle priorities
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
This position requires Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
