Job DescriptionYou will be the Systems Engineer for the Advanced Development Program (ADP) which is responsible for pioneering cutting‑edge aircraft concepts.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Systems Engineer you will be responsible for translating complex requirements into robust system architectures, driving Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices, and delivering high‑quality artifacts that enable rapid development.
Your Responsibilities Will Include- Developing, designing and maintaining system architecture models using Cameo
MBSE tools. - Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate multidisciplinary requirements.
- Engaging senior leadership with clear, concise technical briefings and status updates.
- Managing multiple, concurrent assignments while meeting strict timelines.
- Supporting teammates proactively, stepping in wherever needed to ensure mission success.
- Understanding of Systems Engineering principles:
Systems Engineering V, Systems Decomposition, Requirements, Verification, etc. - Experience utilizing Teamwork Cloud.
- Understanding of MBSE Languages and Frameworks:
SysML, DoDAF, UAF. - Business Process Mapping experience.
- Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology.
- Engineering analytical and problem‑solving skills.
